Radio Toxic closely guards personally identifiable information disclosed to us at time of registration, and at any time during your usage of the Radio Toxic website. Your information will only be shared with a third party if you have chosen to share your information. Sharing of information includes participation in opt-in and opt-out offers. By checking opt-in box, your information such as name and Email address are shared. If you are unsure which data is sent to the opt-in offer, info@radiotoxic.com for the details on the information to be shared. If you do not complete opt-in and/or opt-out offers on our website, your information is not shared with any third party.
Mail Received
Upon registering for Radio Toxic, you are choosing to opt-in to our website and will receive E-Mails from us. E-Mail is sent in both HTML & Plain Text. Mailings are sent daily to all members. Our E-Mails remind members to visit our website to listen to our online radio station, as well as to promote various special offers from advertisers. Radio Toxic will send no more than two (2) E-Mails per day to all members. You can opt-out of Radio Toxic at any time by using the opt-out link present at the bottom of every E-Mail sent.
Information Collected
When you register or provide information to Radio Toxic, Radio Toxic is the sole owner of the data. Radio Toxic does not rent, sell, or share your data with any third party. During the registration process, a new member is asked to provide basic information about themselves, including name, E-Mail address, and gender. This information enables Radio Toxic to contact the member about the website, as well as to target offers that might match their demographics.

Unsubscribe
If a member would like to opt-out of Radio Toxic, it is very easy, and there are many ways to opt-out. The first way is to click on the “opt-out” link on the bottom of any E-Mail message we send to the member. This one-click opt-out process is fast and immediate. Members can also mail in a physical opt-out request, or contact us at feedback (at) inforadiotoxic.com. Manual unsubscribe requests sent via E-Mail are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Physical mailed requests are processed when received. Once a member has chosen to opt-out, they are not permitted to join our program again unless they contact us at feedback (at) info@radiotoxic.com to request and give consent to re-join our program.

Radio Toxic takes every action to protect members information. We require you to set a password to access your data on our website, and offer you the ability to login every time you visit the website. We protect your data offline as well. Radio Toxic employees are only given access to personal data to handle a customer care inquiry. Otherwise, employees are not permitted to access personal data on members. Radio Toxic servers are also maintained in a secure and professional environment.
Updating Information
Radio Toxic members can update their personal information at any time by logging into ElectricFM.com and clicking on the “Login” link at the top of any page. In this area, members can make changes to their information, such as E-Mail address. In order to verify the identity of a member, the member will need to enter in their Radio Toxic account password to validate the update request. Members can also manually E-Mail account updates to the customer care team at feedback (at) radiotoxic.com.
