If you haven’t already heard of Faust & Shortee, It’s time to get familiar because they’re the male/female duo that form Urban Assault. Together they pump out some of the most grimy bangers in Dubstep and Drum & Bass. Holding a slew of achievements and awards, these two are considered not only known for their gnarly skills as producers but also as DJs. Faust was labelled one of the top 5 DJ’s in the world by SPIN magazine and Shortee is recognized by DJ Times as the “Queen of the Scratch World”.
The EP doesn’t disappoint as the two remixes that come packed with Urban Assault’s Dubstep thrasher, ‘Feels So Good’, each display a completely unique sound. Ninja Kore speeds things up with a bouncy club banger in his impressive Drum & Bass Remix and Standard&Push flip things into the realm of Glitch Hop, in which they showcase their monster technical abilities.
